- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service. The postal worker was rude from the beginning. After standing in line and waiting our turn to get passport information processed, she told us to stand aside while she finished helping everyone else in line. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We order quite a few things from Amazon and sometimes packages are larger or heavy. The USPS isn't equipped to handle packages and will refuse delivery, making us have to go pick them up. When UPS used to have contract with Amazon, we NEVER had an issue. The post office has not been pleasant whatsoever to deal with on this matter. They're proud to have the Amazon contract, but can't solve the customer's issues when they can't deliver. They should have an alternate delivery driver/vehicle for larger packages if they're going to take on the responsibility of Amazon deliveries.By Camille Earhart, March 02, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆"Please forward" and outgoing mail items have sat in my mailbox untouched for weeks! Although I've filled out all of the post office's paperwork, I'm still not getting mail service or deliveries! I've given them written authorization to leave packages without my presence. I've stood there in person at their office 4 times to try to get them to agree to deliver to our house to no avail! They return to sender without even attempting delivery.
